Salary: Php30,000.00 – Php50,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree in any business course
✨ At least 3 years in Sales leadership role
✨With experience working in home appliances industry
✨ Ability to develop sales strategies, set quotas, and project sales volume.
✨ Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
✨ Willing to work on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Train and mentoring team members to meet or exceed their KPIs.
✨ Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to meet the weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas and forecasts.
✨ Analyze tracking sales metrics to identify the areas for improvement.
✨ Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and the assigning sales and budgets.
✨Oversee the high-level client’s negotiations and resolve the customer complaints.
