JOB REQUIREMENTS
✅ Filipino national fluent in speaking, reading, and writing German
✅ Minimum Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, Undergraduate studies, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
✅ Familiarity with computer applications
✅ Proficient in computers and internet—able to navigate Windows and the web effortlessly
✅ IT or technical support experience is a bonus but not mandatory
✅ Prior BPO experience is preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Handle customer inquiries about computer hardware or software issues
✅ Install and maintain computer systems and network applications
✅ Address client concerns through phone or email
✅ Resolve technical problems swiftly and effectively
✅ Manage, prioritize, and log incoming queries and service desk tickets
✅ Tackle IT issues by priority, escalating complex ones to the appropriate team
