JOB REQUIREMENTS
Filipino national fluent in speaking, reading, and writing German
Minimum Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, Undergraduate studies, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Familiarity with computer applications
Proficient in computers and internet—able to navigate Windows and the web effortlessly
IT or technical support experience is a bonus but not mandatory
Prior BPO experience is preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer inquiries about computer hardware or software issues
Install and maintain computer systems and network applications
Address client concerns through phone or email
Resolve technical problems swiftly and effectively
Manage, prioritize, and log incoming queries and service desk tickets
Tackle IT issues by priority, escalating complex ones to the appropriate team
