JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in German Language.
✨Bachelor’s degree in any field
✨With SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage. but not required
✨Customer service background a plus but not required
✨Ready to start ASAP
✨Can speak conversational English
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️Serve as main contact between German customers and company's internal teams.
✔️Monitor the order shipment and check the arrival date and time and update customer via email
✔️Process credits, return authorizations, and debits of German Customers "Online"
✔️Log all customer interactions, like queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure they are supported
✔️Deliver outstanding customer service to German clients and customers
✔️Take on additional tasks as required.
