JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Open to all foreign nationals fluent in German (C1 to native level).
✅No prior experience required.
✅Undergraduates welcome to apply.
✅Must work onsite in Taguig.
✅Available to start immediately.
✅Able to attend one-day onsite processing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Lead end-to-end renewals for maximum quarterly rates and revenue.
✅Quote renewals for Q and Q+1 per pricing policy.
✅Locate commercial/AP contacts; engage via email, calls, meetings pre-expiration to review options, fix issues, highlight features.
✅Team with Account Owners, Support, AR to clear hurdles and complete renewals.
✅Spot upsell chances (longer terms, new products/services) for Account Owners.
✅Track pipeline, follow up, forecast accurately; use usage data/feedback.
✅Keep CRM and docs updated for compliance.
✅Manage collections with renewals.
