Job Requirements
➤ Open to Filipino candidates who can speak Spanish (conversational to fluent level)
➤ Bachelor’s Degree in any field
➤ At least 1 year of Customer Service experience handling sales in a BPO company
➤ Comfortable communicating with clients via phone and email
➤ Basic understanding of the sales process is an advantage
➤ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
➤ Detail-oriented and organized
➤ Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:
🌟 Handle sales inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients
🌟 Communicate effectively in Spanish and English via phone, email, and virtual meetings
🌟 Promote and drive activation of product trials and convert users into paying customers
🌟 Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups
🌟 Re-engage clients whose trials have ended to maximize conversions
🌟 Present product features and value propositions in a clear and persuasive manner
🌟 Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
🌟 Perform upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
🌟 Address basic objections related to pricing, features, or services
🌟 Coordinate with internal teams for complex or technical inquiries
🌟 Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
🌟 Monitor and manage sales pipeline, prioritizing high-potential accounts
🌟 Collaborate with management to improve sales strategies and performance
🌟 Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards
🌟 Provide regular updates, reports, and performance insights to management
