Salary: Php 70,000 – Php80,000 (Basic)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive or related courses
At least 5 years working experience in Aftersales job.
At least 2 years working experience in supervisory or managerial role
With a valid Driver’s license
Can drive a 4-wheel vehicle
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the daily operations of service centers and parts departments.
Manage escalated customer complaints, implement and ensure high levels of service
to increase Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Meet financial targets for the department and manage the budget expenses and
revenue through efficient labor and parts sales.
Ability to lead, train and mentor staff (technicians and service advisors).
Conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing levels.
Oversee parts inventory and minimizing excess stock while ensuring availability.
