REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration.
Having experience in brand management or fashion product marketing, particularly with bags or footwear brands, is considered a strong advantage.
Having experience with bags or footwear brands is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Knowledgeable in e-commerce and social commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Having good leadership and team management skills, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Knowledgeable in fashion and market trends, along with a proactive approach to learning, optimizing product positioning, and improving go-to-market strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Mandarin Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for growing the brand online, making sure products sell well on platforms like Shopee and TikTok, and leading marketing + operations teams to hit sales targets.
Develop and execute overall brand marketing strategies to build brand awareness, increase sales, and grow market share in the Philippine market.
Support product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning for fashion products such as bags, accessories, and lifestyle items.
Work closely with headquarters or regional teams (often using Mandarin communication) to ensure alignment with global brand strategy.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Livestream, and Operations) to achieve sales/gross merchandise value targets across e-commerce platforms.
