JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Licensed Registered Nurse
✨ OHNAP certificate
✨ Experience as a company nurse, clinical nurse, or in a related healthcare role is an advantage.
✨ Up to date knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and workplace health programs.
✨ Knowledgeable in using computer applications for reports and medical records.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Assess employees’ health conditions and provide appropriate medical care and treatment
✨ Monitor, document, and track employees’ medical status, recovery, and progress
✨ Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations on health and safety
✨ Maintain and update employees’ medical records and reports
✨ Provide immediate first aid and emergency treatment within the workplace
✨ Assist in implementing workplace health programs and wellness initiatives
✨ Coordinate with management regarding employees’ health concerns and preventive measures
