Position: Occupational Health Nurse (Davao City)

Salary: PHP20,000-Php30,000

Qualifications & Experience:
✨Registered Nurse
✨At least 1 year of working experience
✨Amenable to work fully on site
✨Amenable to attend face to face interviews once requested
Role Scope & Responsibilities:
✨ Provide immediate emergency response, first aid, and medical assistance when needed.
✨ Conduct regular health assessments and ensure employees are fit for work.
✨ Maintain and monitor first aid kits, medical supplies, and accurate health records for all staff.
✨ Deliver health and safety training, including emergency response procedures, proper equipment uses, and first aid protocols.
✨ Promote workplace health awareness and encourage safe practices to prevent accidents and illnesses.
✨ Document and report incidents, injuries, and medical cases, and collaborate with the safety team to improve procedures.
✨ Support the development and implementation of health and safety policies in compliance with local regulations.
✨ Lead wellness programs and provide ongoing health support to employees.
✨ Develop and implement emergency response plans, including regular drills for accidents and evacuations.
