JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino National who can speak and write Spanish and English.
️ Open for Foreign Nationals with a permanent visa in the Philippines.
️ At least Senior High School graduate; college undergraduates (minimum 2 years completed) are welcome.
️ With or without call center experience.
️ Knowledge of Microsoft server, workstation, and network technologies is an advantage.
️ Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English.
️ Assist patients with healthcare-related concerns (billing, appointments, general inquiries).
️ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
️ Ensure high customer satisfaction.
️ Manage customer complaints professionally.
️ Perform other related duties as assigned.
