Position: Spanish VIP shippers Specialist
Department: Membership Club

Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2 days work from Home)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Open to Filipino and foreign nationals with a permanent visa in the Philippines
️ Proficient in both Spanish and English communication.
️ Bachelor’s degree in any related courses.
️ Background in shipping, logistics, freight, or supply chain is an advantage
️ Having customer service experience is a big PLUS.
️ Can start as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Work as Spanish Concierge for the shipments.
️ Help customers reschedule the pick up of deliveries.
️ Assist Spanish clients if they prefer email, chat or Calls.
️ Provide notification to Spanish clients regarding Estimated delivery times.
️ Provide freight cost estimates and quotation to Spanish Clients.
️ Provide updates on confirmed booking and successful delivery of cargos.
️ Guide customers on requirements for sensitive or oversized cargo.
️ Help Spanish customers how to navigate the Mobile Online App for easy booking.
