Position: Portuguese Accounts Receivable Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Night shift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (3-5 days onsite per month)
Job Requirements:
️ Filipino national proficient in Portuguese and English languages.
️ Open to foreign nationals with a permanent visa.
️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
️ Open for experience in shared services, BPO, or corporate finance environments
️ Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
️ Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks based on clear procedures
️ Willing to work in Quezon City.
Job Responsibilities:
️ Process and manage Finance Operations tasks (Order-to-Cash cycle)
️ Apply receipts to open balances and correct processing errors when needed
️ Investigate unidentified payments and coordinate with relevant teams for correct posting
️ Maintain daily cash receipt records to track processing time of cash applications
️ Respond to inquiries regarding payment status and updates in Portuguese and English languages
️ Prepare and distribute regular financial reports
️ Review and update operational procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
