Position: Portuguese Revenue Operations Team Lead

Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Night shift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (3-5 days onsite per month)
Job Requirements:
️ Filipino national proficient in Portuguese and English languages.
️ Open to foreign nationals with a permanent visa.
️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
️ At least 2-3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash (O2C).
️ Experience in leadership or Team Lead role.
️ Willing to work in Quezon City.
Job Responsibilities:
️Lead and support the Revenue Operations / Order-to-Cash team in daily tasks.
️Handle billing, invoicing, payments, and accounts receivable work.
️Manage escalations and communicate in Portuguese and English languages.
️Guide the team and help improve work processes.
