Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in any related field.
With at least 2-3 years of experience in Sales Coordinator/Supply Chain Specialist/ Order Admin Specialist role.
Experience working in a BPO company is an advantage.
Experience in logistics, inventory, and procurement operations and tracking orders.
Knowledgeable in ERP systems is an advantage.
Amendable to work in a Shifting Schedule
Key Responsibilities:
Processes customer orders, manages order data in ERP systems, and ensures accurate
documentation from entry to shipment.
Serve as a liaison between sales, logistics, and customers to resolve discrepancies, track deliveries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
through timely, accurate fulfillment
Supports daily logistics, inventory, and procurement operations by tracking orders, managing
supplier relations, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Key duties include processing purchase
orders, coordinating shipments, resolving delivery issues, and updating inventory systems to optimize efficiency.
Act as a liaison between vendors and internal departments
