Position: Admin, General Affairs Staff
Industry: Construction Company
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000
Location: Davao City
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Accountancy, Management, Business Administration, HR, or related field)
At least 3 years of experience in admin/general affairs
Experience working with employees at different levels
Willing to work Monday to Saturday
Available to start immediately
Job Responsibilities:
Assist and support in office administration and general affairs operations, ensuring
smooth day-to-day activities
Provide support and assistance to the project management team
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for administrative and
operational needs.
Support in ensuring that all staff accommodation, permits, licenses and other office
insurances are updated and renewed on or before its expiration dates;
Assist to coordinate and negotiate with the Lessor regarding accommodation
requirements and other office lease requirements
Ensure compliance of all the related regulatory requirements and Company’s standard
operating procedures
