REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to undergraduates and Bachelor’s graduates
✅Open to fresh graduates.
✅Knowledgeable in using powerpoint and google slides.
✅Having experience in sales and trading is big advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
✅Mandarin Sales Coordinator will communicate and build strong relationships with clients from Mandarin-speaking such as China, Taiwan, and Singapore, ensuring clear understanding of their business needs and marketing goals.
✅Mandarin Sales Coordinator is responsible in preparing and presenting customized proposals, including advertising strategies and campaign concepts, aligned with client objectives and target audience.
✅Develop and recommend effective campaign strategies by identifying the most suitable digital platforms and channels to maximize ad visibility and performance.
✅Serve as a bridge between the local team and Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate translation of requirements, and alignment on project execution.
✅Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, account management, and data & analytics to create data-driven solutions and successfully acquire and retain clients.
✅Monitor campaign progress and provide insights or recommendations to improve results and maintain client satisfaction.
