Currently, they are seeking Mandarin bilingual professionals to support one of their airline accounts.
Position: Mandarin Airline Support

Work Location: Cebu
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000
Work Set Up: Work on site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
✅Can accommodate senior high school, undergraduates and Bachelor’s graduate.
✅Open to no relevant experience or fresh graduates.
✅Having Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
✅Having BPO industry experience is a big plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Handle ticketing transactions, including issuance, modifications, and cancellations.
✅Manage flight reservations and ensure accurate booking details for passengers.
✅Assist with rebooking requests due to schedule changes, delays, or passenger preferences.
✅Address airline-related concerns such as baggage inquiries, flight updates, and travel policies.
✅Provide timely and professional customer support while ensuring a smooth travel experience.
