Work Location: Makati City,

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 45,000

Work Set Up: Work onsite



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree Holder

At least3–5 years of experience in admin and general affairs

Work experience in a Japanese company is an advantage

Amendable to attend interviews

Can work in Makati City



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including vendor coordination, contract management, procurement, payment processing, and the upkeep of office equipment, uniforms, and company assets

Ensure office facilities are well-maintained to provide a safe, functional, and productive work environment

Organize and manage business travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, and hotels) for both local and expatriate employees

Assist with visa applications and work permit requirements for expatriate staff

Liaise with external suppliers and service providers to support operational needs
