Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Hybrid set-up (2x a week onsite & 3x a week WFH)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to undergraduate, Associate, Vocational, and Bachelor’s Degree holders.
Open to Filipino’s and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in English and Mandarin.
With 1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing, buyer, and accounts payable.
Having exposure in working in a Shared service company is a big plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Responsible for processing purchase orders, managing escalations, and monitoring delivery delays, as well as preparing accurate reports on order status and performance.
Handles resolution of order-related issues with a focus on improving customer satisfaction and optimizing procurement processes.
Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, including Compliance standards and Global Financial Regulations.
Oversees timely resolution of customer feedback and complaints for assigned countries or regions.
Supports and adheres to export rules and international trade regulations to ensure compliance with source country and global shipment requirements.
