Position: Mandarin Supply Chain Data Analyst
Industry: Biggest Logistics Firm
Location: Cebu City
Schedule: Midshift Schedule | (Monday to Friday at 12 noon to 9 pm)
Salary: Php 80,000
Work Set-up: Work On-site
BENEFITS:
HMO: Php 150,000 maximum benefit limit with 2 free dependents

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino and Filipinos who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor’s degree or a 4-year course in Finance, Business, Logistics and Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, or any related courses.
Having experience in logistics and supply chain is a big plus.
Having experience in building customer relationships.
Having experience and being comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and meaning in information
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Conduct the company's thorough audit procedures to detect and address audit discrepancies in client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Work closely with carriers and clients to assess their requirements and guarantee the delivery of superior service.
Lead or take part in reconciliation sessions, audit reviews, and team meetings to assess audit performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements, and utilize KPI. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity.
Recognize non-standard processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
