Ustaad G 76 Kamloops at 354 Seymour St, Kamloops, BC V2C 2G2 is hiring cooks for full time and permanent position.
Job duties would be:
• To set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies,
• To cook food & prepare ingredients to use in cooking such as chopping and peeling vegetables, making curries, cutting meat etc.,
• Stock inventory appropriately,
• Handling multiple orders, to comply with nutrition and sanitation/hygiene regulations,
• Prepare plate presentation procedures,
• Determine size of food portions,
• Clean up station and store leftover food,
• To manage and train kitchen staff,
• to track and report food waste issues.
No formal education is required. Minimum experience of 1 year or more as cook in a restaurant is required. Must be able to communicate in English. Salary of $19.50/Hr will be given. Minimum work of 30 hrs to 40 hrs. will be given per week. Please send your resume at jobsatustaadg76[at]gmail.com
