Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering-related course (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Electrical, etc.).
- With experience in manufacturing or production operations.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Good analytical, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising production operators and daily production activities.
- Ensure production efficiency, schedule adherence, and quality compliance.
- Monitor KPIs, production costs, and help implement cost-saving measures.
- Support problem-solving, process improvement, and 5S initiatives.
- Ensure SOP compliance and participate in safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Investigate rejects and claims, and support design or process modifications.
