Position: Mandarin Sourcing and Procurement Specialist
Company Industry: IT Consultancy
Work Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Friday at 9AM - 6PM)
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up (2x a week RTO, 3x WFH)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Open to foreign nationals who require a working visa.
Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course.
Knowledge and experience in sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
Proficient in standard business tools such as Microsoft Office and familiar with sourcing platforms used for procurement and vendor coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Execute end-to-end sourcing activities across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier engagement, RFx processes, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Support the development of category strategies through market research, supplier evaluation, and commercial insights.
Conduct financial and commercial analysis to support decision-making and improve sourcing outcomes.
Utilize approved digital tools and technologies to enhance productivity and streamline sourcing workflows.
Contribute to the development of market insights and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
