Position: Japanese Buyer Admin
Industry: IT Consulting
Salary: P90,000 to P120,000
Work Arrangement: Work from Home 2 days (Onsite 3 days)
Type: Hybrid work arrangement
Schedule: Dayshift (9am to 6pm)
Working Days: 5 days a week (sat and sun days off)
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
- Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
- Open to Non-passers or No JLPT certIficate required
- Open to JLPT N1-N3 Passer or Level
- Proficient in Japanese and conversational in English
- Knowledgeable in sourcing and has strong negotiation skills to manage suppliers.
- Open to Japanese speaker that has an experience related to the position
- Open to Undergraduate with a strong background in the field
- Has a strong supplier management, contract negotiation, and market analysis skills
- Open to any gender
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Managing and negotiating with Japanese suppliers regarding pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure stable supply
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing.
Conduct market research to analyze price trends and optimize procurement strategies in Japan market
Maintain active relationships with existing Japanese vendors to ensure reliability
Perform vendor performance evaluations and regular reviews.
Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and service level agreements
Maintain accurate records of all purchases and vendor documentation.
