Position: Japanese Procurements Analyst
Industry: Japanese-based IT Business
Salary: P 80,000 to P 120,000
Work Arrangement: Work from Home 2 days (Onsite 3 days)
Type: Hybrid work arrangement
Schedule: Dayshift (9am to 6pm)
Working Days: 5 days a week (sat and sun days off)
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
- Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
- Open to JLPT N1-N3 Passer or Level
- Open to Non-passers or No JLPT certIficate required
- Proficient in Japanese and conversational in English
- Must have Procurement, Purchasing or Buyer experience for 1-3 years
- Open to Japanese speaker that has an experience related to the position
- Open to Undergraduate with a strong background in the field
- Comfortable with hybrid or remote work arrangements
- Open to any gender
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Act as a liaison between Japanese stakeholders and internal departments
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing.
Identifying, researching, and evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and speed of delivery.
Maintain active relationships with existing Japanese vendors to ensure reliability
Perform vendor performance evaluations and regular reviews.
Negotiate pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and service level agreements
Maintain accurate records of all purchases and vendor documentation.
