Position: Japanese Sourcing Specialist
Salary: P 80,000 to P 120,000

Work Arrangement: Work from Home 2 days (Onsite 3 days)
Type: Hybrid work arrangement
Schedule: Dayshift (9am to 6pm)
Working Days: 5 days a week (sat and sun days off)
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
- Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
- Open to JLPT N1-N3 Passer or Level
- Open to Non-passers or No JLPT certIficate required
- Proficient in Japanese and conversational in English
- Must have Procurement, Purchasing or Buyer experience for 1-3 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Open to Undergraduate with a strong background in the field
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Open to any gender
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Acts as a bridge between the company or its clients and Japanese suppliers/vendors.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing.
Identify, evaluate, and select Japanese suppliers for IT products (hardware/software) and services.
Maintain active relationships with existing Japanese vendors to ensure reliability
Perform vendor performance evaluations and regular reviews.
Keeping updated on market trends to identify opportunities for cost-saving.
Maintain accurate records of all purchases and vendor documentation.
