Job Responsibilities
Maintain daily communication and relationships with paying users (including VIP users) to improve satisfaction and retention.
Communicate with top-up partners, assist with goal setting, follow up on performance, and support improvements in local revenue outcomes.
Handle user inquiries, complaints, and common issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Collect user insights through surveys and interviews, and compile findings into actionable reports to support feature and strategy optimization.
Participate in in-app feature testing, document user flows and issues, and report findings to relevant teams.
Assist in executing local platform activities and feature promotions (such as holiday campaigns or version update promotions).
Complete other local operational and support tasks assigned by the team.
Job Requirements
Experience in user operations, customer support, payment support, or internet product operations is preferred.
Strong communication skills, capable of maintaining good relationships with high-value users (VIP) and regular users.
High sense of responsibility and strong execution; able to manage urgent or unexpected situations effectively.
Data-sensitive, able to conduct basic analysis and organize user feedback clearly.
Able to work in a multitasking environment with good time management skills.
Familiarity with social apps, live-streaming platforms, or voice/video products is a plus.
