Position: Japanese HR Admin Specialist - Work from home & Onsite
Salary: P 100,000 -110,000 package

What are the requirements for this role?
Open to both Filipino and Japanese nationals.
Open to Japanese Nationals willing to work in Taguig, Philippines.
Open to N1 passers or candidate with near native fluency
Born and raised in Japan (is an advantage) or having culture is a big advantage
Who speak Japanese and English
Must be near native or business level of Japanese
Degree holder of any course
Ability to plan, strategize and prioritize workload
Having HR shared services experience is an advantage but open to consider non-shared services as long as the HR background is good.
Can use the initiative while working on the management’s given instruction
Maintain good working relationship with employees
Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and case management/ticketing software (e.g., Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, Workday, ADP, etc.) is advantageous.
Familiarity with multiple functional areas of HR (e.g., payroll, benefits, talent acquisition).
What does an HR admin do?
Ensure accuracy of employee details, job title, job level and more
Responsible on data keeping and collection, update of Japanese employees
Update Japanese employee records on HR file on timely manner when needed
Participate in meeting to improve employee performance and workload management
Identify company issues that can be resolved by HR team
Improve HR processes that will benefit the internal employees
Keep the confidentiality of the employee information and profile, background
Manage HR documents like onboarding guidelines and training schedules
