JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or in Japan
Open to Filipino across all Levels (JLPT N1, N2, N3, N4 and N5)
Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply
JLPT Certificate is not required, but it is a big advantage
Must have a technical language and knowledge of Shell scripting, Unix/Linux shell scripting (Bash, KornShell, etc.), or strong experience using C++, AIX, SQL (DB2)
The Main requirement is doing software development on the required language skills (Shell scripting)
With working experience in the required IT skills for at least 6 years and above
Willingness to work on-site in Cebu City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and maintain shell scripts for automation of routine tasks and system processes.
Utilizes expertise in open source technologies to analyze and resolve issues, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
Managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux/Unix-based systems, including patching, compiling, securing, and debugging servers
Actively participating in open-source projects, contributing code, documentation, or engaging with the community
Provides technical guidance and support to clients on open source platform implementation, customization, and integration
Working closely with other developers, operations teams, and stakeholders, potentially across different time zones, and communicating technical concepts
