Salary: Php 80,000 - 120,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipinos who can speak, read and write Japanese
Open to JLPT N1 or JLPT N2 (no JLPT Certificate requirement)
Open to candidates who have experience in handling projects for game development is preferred.
Experience working for 2-3 years as Project Manager is preferred.
Having exposure working in an international setting or in an animation company is a plus but not required.
Bachelor degree holder of any course (related course is preferred)
Experience in 3D Production and/or pipelines or experience in the Game Development Industry
Experience with any collaboration tool (Trello, Millanote, Shotgun, etc.)
Willing to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts end-to-end project management for Japanese client related projects, ensuring timely execution from planning to delivery within specified budget and quality standards.
Coordinating project plans to Japanese clients, implementing effective problem-solving strategies,
Fostering collaboration with supervisors and art leads, Japanese and Filipino for seamless team management.
Providing estimated budgets and proposals for potential Japanese clients in collaboration with the Head of Production.
Translates technical non-technical information from Japanese to English and vice versa.
