REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to foreign nationals who require a working visa.
✅Open to undergraduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
✅Having experience in fintech or iGaming industries, with a strong understanding of digital financial ecosystems, online platforms, and operational structures.
✅Solid background in handling end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency across workflows, processes, and cross-functional teams
✅Experienced in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue monitoring, and profitability optimization.
✅With a background and knowledge of regulatory compliance, with the ability to interpret and implement industry laws and policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, revenue targets, and overall financial performance, ensuring sustainable profitability, cost optimization, and effective allocation of resources.
✅Track, analyze, and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators (KPIs), using data-driven insights to guide decision-making, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities.
✅Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team by fostering a culture of leadership, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
✅Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships to strengthen brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and expand market reach.
✅Monitor and enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction by implementing customer-centric strategies, addressing feedback, and ensuring consistent service quality across all touchpoints.
