They are looking for a Japanese SAP Consultant / Manager who can help design, set up, and improve SAP systems for Japanese business users.
Position: Japanese SAP Finance Manager (Vertex / REFX / FICA)

Salary: Php 200,000 - Php 300,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Japanese Speakers
Open to Filipino who speaks Japanese (conversational)
Can speak Basic Japanese is also welcome to apply
JLPT Certificate is not required, but it is a big advantage
Open to Japanese National located outside the Philippines
Conversational to Business in English for working with global teams
Strong experience in SAP Finance (FI/S/4HANA)
Hands-on experience with Vertex, REFX, and/or FICA
Experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
Willing to relocate to the Philippines once hired

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Japanese business clients in using SAP to overcome Business challenges and understand business needs
Lead and Support SAP Finance transformation projects, particularly in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Configure and manage Vertex Tax, SAP REFX, and SAP FICA
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Ensure tax and accounting compliance
Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation activities
Communicate with stakeholders in Japanese and English
Guide and support junior team members
