Japanese Sales Associate (Sales Incentives)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Work Set-up: On-site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak Japanese, English, Filipino
Open to JLPT N1, N2 Passers or Non-passer (No JLPT certificate required)
Must be business level or higher level in Japanese Language
Good English Communication Skills
Graduate of any 4-year course (Any course is okay)
No work experience required because training is provided
Training is conducted by Japanese Trainer and Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee sales data management and generate reports.
Provide administrative support to the Management
Manage sales data and create reports
Evaluate leads and identify high-potential opportunities.
Work with marketing to enhance sales strategies.
