The Role & Landscape: As a Senior Platform Specialist, you will act as the technical spearhead for a high-profile global rollout of AI-assisted analytics platforms. You will move beyond standard reporting to build a highly scalable, intelligent data architecture.
- Global Platform Rollout: Lead the end-to-end design, deployment, and global rollout of advanced Looker Explores and AI-assisted platform enhancements.
- Full-Stack Data Architecture: Develop scalable full-stack data solutions leveraging the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
- AI & Vector Integration: Embed modern Agentic AI tools and integrate Vector Databases to create intelligent, predictive, and highly responsive analytics features.
- Pipeline Optimization: Implement and optimize complex data models and ETL/ELT pipelines for maximum performance and reliability.
- Adoption & Governance: Collaborate closely with elite data engineering, analytics, and business units to drive user adoption while maintaining strict platform security and governance standards.
What We Are Looking For:
- Core Cloud & BI: Deep, demonstrable expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and advanced Google Looker architecture (LookML, complex Explores, and dashboards).
- Next-Gen Data Skills: Hands-on experience with Vector Databases and Agentic AI/GenAI integrations within a data ecosystem.
- Data Engineering: Proven track record in data modeling, and building/optimizing robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Enterprise Experience: Prior experience leading or significantly contributing to a global platform rollout within a complex matrix organization.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is mandatory; Cantonese speaking ability is highly advantageous for regional collaboration.
