JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Japanese Speakers
Open to Filipino who speaks Japanese (conversational)
Can speak Basic Japanese is also welcome to apply
JLPT Certificate is not required, but it is a big advantage
Open to Japanese National located outside the Philippines
Conversational to Business in English for working with global teams
Experience as a Functional Consultant or Consulting Manager
Hands-on knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, or related)
Experience delivering system implementation or transformation projects
Strong leadership and client-facing skills
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
Willing to relocate to the Philippines once hired

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Japanese business clients in using SAP to overcome Business challenges and understand business needs
Lead functional consulting teams on ERP / system implementation projects
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA system solutions
Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations (Japanese & global teams)
Oversee functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Ensure solutions follow best practices and business requirements
Support project planning, delivery, and issue resolution
Coach and mentor junior consultants
