Position: Japanese Restaurant Manager
Industry: Food and Beverages / Japanese Luxury Restaurant
Location: Quezon City
Salary: PHP 100,000–150,000 (depends on your skills and experiences)
Work Set-Up: Onsite
Schedule: Mon - Fri (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Days Off: Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)

Requirements:
Japanese National or Filipinos with native-level Japanese proficiency and residency experience in Japan required
Can speak conversational in English language
Experience in food and beverage industry preferred but not required
Willing to work in Quezon City
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations, monitoring food and beverage quality, and adhering to safety standards.
Supervising staff, recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees.
Handling customer complaints and monitoring satisfaction levels.
Managing budget, reviewing sales reports, setting pricing strategies, and overseeing cash flow.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to design and refine menus.
Developing marketing strategies, managing social media presence, and organizing special events.
Ensuring compliance with local laws and conducting staff training.
Negotiate lease agreements and maintain positive relationships with tenant owners.
Address any concerns or issues raised by tenant owners promptly and professionally.
