Company Profile: One of the multinational manufacturing companies that produces cleaning supplies and other chemical consumables. They are looking for a Mandarin bilingual who will work in Customer Order Fulfillment

Position: Mandarin Customer Fulfillment Analyst
Industry: Shared Services/Manufacturing Company
Location: Makati
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
Salary: Php 50,000-Php 55,000
Work Set-up: Work onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English
✅Open to Bachelor’s degree and Fresh graduates in any courses.
✅Customer service background is an advantage, with SAP experience preferred or strong intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills if none
✅Able to multitask and perform well under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail
✅Self-driven, capable of prioritizing tasks, and working effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
✅Flexible and adaptable to change, with a strong sense of urgency in completing tasks efficiently

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Manage end-to-end customer orders proactively, anticipating issues and ensuring timely resolution of order-related concerns
✅Coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to align delivery schedules based on stock availability and priority requirements
✅Act as the main liaison between LSP and local departments (Sales, Logistics, and Finance), ensuring smooth daily operations and communication
✅Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary, while developing action plans to resolve root causes and improve service quality
✅Drive process improvements, support system-related issue resolution with E-commerce teams, and maintain performance reporting for efficient business operations
