REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Open to foreign nationals who require a working visa.
Open to undergraduates and Bachelor's graduates in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related fields.
Having 5–10 years of solid experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Strong expertise in major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, with the ability to drive performance and scale campaigns effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Mandarin Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns targeting Mandarin-speaking markets, with a strong focus on performance, traffic, and conversions.
Responsible for coordinating and communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in expectations, smooth collaboration, and accurate translation of business requirements into actionable plans.
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools.
Oversee, implement, and enhance advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, driving performance and efficiently scaling campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Monitoring competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and performance improvement.
Monitor and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging tools.
