REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✔️Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese candidates who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin
✔️Must also be proficient in English and Tagalog
✔️Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✔️At least 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
✔️Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment compliance is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE JOB:
✔️Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
✔️Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job requirements
✔️Source candidates through multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and manpower agencies
✔️Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring teams
✔️Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports
✔️Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
