Position: Mandarin Account Management Associate

Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Nightshift (training) | Dayshift (after training)
Salary: Php 120,000 (Negotiable)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor’s graduates in any course are welcome to apply.
Having an HSK 5 and 6 certificate is a big advantage.
Having experience in conducting professional phone calls and writing clear, concise emails to senior executives.
Having BPO experience is a big plus.
Having strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Mandarin Client Relations Associate is responsible for handling client coordination, expert sourcing, communication, and overall project management.
Oversee client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient coordination and on-time delivery.
Conduct professional conversations and calls in both Mandarin and English.
Identify, source, and recruit qualified industry experts based on client needs.
Perform outreach, candidate screening, and scheduling of expert consultations.
Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients, experts, and stakeholders across various countries and time zones.
