REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin in speaking, reading, writing and typing.
Can accommodate Foreign applicants.
Open to basic level in English.
Can accommodate college, high school, undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
Experience in any social media platform or digital content creation is a big plus.
Background in social media management tools and basic design or editing software (such as Canva, Photoshop, or video editing applications) is preferred.
Creative thinking with the ability to recognize online trends and popular topics.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the flexibility to work in Cebu, Philippines.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Mandarin Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for handling the daily management of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LINE, and other channels, including planning and creating engaging posts and content.
Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and encourage student engagement.
Assist in producing marketing materials such as videos, images, and promotional content (e.g., student testimonials and campus life features).
Monitor social media performance by analyzing traffic and conversion metrics, and improve marketing strategies based on the insights gathered.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and student managers to ensure marketing initiatives support and align with sales objectives.
