Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3x onsite / 2x WFH every week)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese National (Can process Visa)
Open to Filipino with JLPT N1 and N2 Passer/Level
Excellent communication skills in English
Bachelor’s in Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum of 11 -15 years’ experience as Sales Manager selling IT Software Services in the Philippines.
Must have been working for a IT Software Services company
Has experience signing a large deal TCV (Total Contract Value) IT Software Service.
Have hands-on experience as architect/technical/team lead for an Agile team
Have hands-on experience with advanced software development processes like Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and the likes.
Having knowledge or expertise of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, MarTech will be advantageous.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all internal and external activities, from initial customer engagement and solutioning to final proposal delivery, while managing diverse stakeholders including clients and partners.
Drive gross profit growth by implementing data-driven marketing strategies and conducting rigorous analysis of market trends and performance results.
Establish clear sales objectives by developing annual quotas and projecting anticipated sales volumes based on market intelligence.
Maintain a competitive edge by attending industry workshops, reviewing professional publications, and leveraging personal networks and professional societies.
Determines gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results however, this is an individual contributor to achieve personal sales targets
