REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Having experience in a financial institution and the banking industry.
Having Customer Service, Finance, and Know Your Customer (KYC) experience is a big advantage.
Possesses experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Transaction Banking, with a particular focus on Cash Management or Trade Finance products.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Take ownership of complaints, suggesting improvements when needed
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist and engage clients
Ensure proper verification processes and maintain customer confidentiality
Collaborate with the team and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
