JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Open to Filipino candidates who can speak conversational to fluent Spanish
✔️ Fresh graduates and applicants without work experience are welcome to apply
✔️ Open to Spanish nationals and foreign candidates with permanent visas
✔️ Customer service or CSR background is an advantage but not required
✔️ Candidates who completed at least two years in college are accepted
✔️ Associate degree holders are welcome to apply
✔️ No prior Spanish bilingual work experience required as long as the candidate can communicate effectively in Spanish
✔️ Willing to handle customer support and banking-related inquiries
✔️ Open to career starters and career shifters with good Spanish communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients in the US
✔️ Assist customers with information regarding bank branches, schedules, banking services, and fund transfers
✔️ Support clients with account opening concerns, card requests, and basic banking assistance
✔️ Respond to inquiries related to account balances, duplicate charges, and bank documentation
✔️ Escalate complicated concerns such as fraud cases and specialized requests to the appropriate team
