Position: Mandarin Business Development Manager

Salary: Php 80,000-Php 90,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Graduate of an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
Having 7 years of experience in project management within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
Having 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software).
Knowledge in Consumer Packaged Goods or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, product and packaging innovation, or new product development processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Track and update project progress, ensuring records reflect milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the initial plan.
Able to perform well under pressure
