Our client, a leading Investment Bank, is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient FICC Quantitative Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, contributing to the development and upgrade of cutting-edge pricing models, risk management tools, and trading strategies for the FX and Rates Traders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement pricing models for Rates and FX, including vanilla and exotic options, leveraging advanced mathematical and statistical techniques.
- Collaborate with traders to design and optimize algorithmic trading strategies for spot, forward, and options markets.
- Implement models and methodologies from analytics libraries in C++ & Python
- Perform deep-dive quantitative analysis on market trends, order flow, and trade execution data to generate actionable insights.
- Work closely with technology teams to integrate models and analytics into trading and risk platforms.
Requirements:
- PhD/Master’s in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
- Proficiency with quantitative libraries and tools such as NumPy, pandas, or QuantLib.
- Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or stochastic processes.
- Familiarity with Rates / FX derivatives pricing, volatility modeling, and numerical methods (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, PDE solvers).
- In-depth understanding of FX markets, including spot, forward, and derivatives.
