Position: Bahasa Malay Credit and Collections Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Negotiable
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
Work setup: Hybrid Setup
Requirements of the job:
Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Malay Language
Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related courses
With at least 1 year working experience in Accounts Receivable
Proficient in MS Excel for reporting purposes
Responsibilities of the job:
Handle incoming phone calls to follow-up the appointment and deliveries to the vendors.
Provide translation support to documents from Malay to English and vice versa
Process daily accounts receivable transactions
Ensure accuracy and compliance of transactions and supporting documents
Follow up on unpaid invoices and send payment reminders as required
