Position: Mandarin Business Operations Coordinator
Industry: Digital Entertainment Firm
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9am to 6pm)
Salary: Php 300,000 (5000 USD)
Work Set-up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
Open to Foreign nationals who require a working visa
Open to Undergraduate and Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
Having 3 years of relevant work experience (business support, operations support, project coordination, etc.).
Detail-oriented, patient, and able to adapt to procedural and repetitive tasks.
Having experience in contract processing or business communication is a big plus.




RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking partners, clients, and internal teams regarding business operations and project updates.
Participate in contract drafting, organisation, and follow-up of internal approval processes.
Maintain accurate records, contracts, and business-related documents.
Translate documents, emails, reports, and business communications from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business documentation.
Assist in monitoring operational processes, timelines, and project deliverables.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organising files.
