Position: German IT Service Support Analyst
Work Location: Nuvali, Laguna
Salary: Php 90,000
Work Schedule: Mid-shift (3:00PM - 12:AM PH Time)
Work Set-Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino candidates who can speak, read, and write in German.
Bachelor’s degree holder of any course; undergraduates are also welcome.
Open to career shifters; IT or technical support experience is an advantage but not required.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a technical environment.
Must be amenable to onsite work setup.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide first-level technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Monitor systems, networks, and cloud services to identify and prevent potential incidents.
Manage incident resolution by identifying root causes and escalating when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
Deliver professional customer support and maintain a positive user experience.
Perform administrative IT tasks such as user account creation, mailbox setup, group management, and system documentation.
