Position: Korean Marketing Services Associate

Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Morning Schedule (Monday-Friday)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
-Filipino proficient in Korean Language
-Korean National with a permanent resident visa in the Philippines.
-Bachelor Degree in Business related courses.
-Experience in Marketing Project Management is a PLUS.
-Knowledgeable in Microsoft and Marketing Automation is an ADVANTAGE.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
-Manage the end to end service delivery process including executing tasks, reviewing documentation, and performing quality assurance checks.
-Use marketing tools like HTML, automation, email and video to create campaigns and promote products and services
-Ensure accuracy and high-quality output in all tasks to prevent errors and deployment issues.
-Proactively identify and report system-related issues—such as template editing errors or accidental event deletions—to the Group Lead or Team Lead.
-Manage documentation, service records, and client communications
